We receive many e-mails asking us, "How much does it cost to build a new home?". This is difficult to answer and similar to someone asking "How much does it cost to build a new car?" Obviously, a Camry costs more than an Echo, but less than a Lexus. And like cars, new homes vary widely in price, depending on their size, style, features, and finishes. Unlike cars, the price of a new home also depends on its location.

Rockhaven builds homes on an individual basis, over a wide geographic area. Consequently, for us to provide a meaningful and competitive price, we require more information than is typically provided in an initial e-mail. Therefore, if you are looking for a budget price, simply give us a call. We can then take a few minutes to better establish your expectations, your location, and your budget for a new home. Or if you would prefer that we call you, simply include your phone number (home, work, or cell) in the space provided at the top of this questionnaire. As all our homes are custom homes, please note that we provide budget pricing only via personal contact.
